Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Apex Circuit Tickets Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full.

We are an independent ticket resale platform offering admission tickets and hospitality experiences for the Singapore Grand Prix on the secondary/resale market. We are not the primary ticket provider, event organiser or promoter, and resale prices may be higher or lower than the original face value.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged to your card.

Orders are placed and paid online by card through our payment provider, SumUp. An order is confirmed once payment is verified. We reserve the right to decline or cancel, and refund, any order affected by an obvious pricing error or lack of availability.

Tickets are issued subject to the terms of the event organiser and circuit operator. Admission may be refused for breaches of ground regulations.

Each ticket admits one person for the days stated. Grandstand tickets are seated by zone; specific seat allocation, where offered, is confirmed on the ticket.

Motorsport is dangerous. You attend the event at your own risk and must comply with all safety instructions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the tickets purchased.
